Matthias Van Steen works as a Progress ShareFile Sales and Customer Success Engineer for Benelux, France and DACH (and any English speaker who might need him). Belgium born, Matthias now resides in Bulgaria with his wonderful wife and two sons. In his free time (who has that with two kids?) he likes a good beer, a game of bowling or billiards, or just some board games or a good movie. (Lord of the Rings anyone?) He welcomes meeting and collaborating with all, and he is happy to help out with any technical questions regarding ShareFile.

Lora Lazarova is a Customer Success Engineer for Progress ShareFile software. She works with customers across EMEA, helping them securely collaborate, adopt new workflows and get real value out of ShareFile software. She is passionate about solving problems, building long-term relationships with clients and bridging the gap between technical solutions and practical business needs. Outside of work, she is also the cofounder of her family’s small farm in central Bulgaria that grows ancient grains like einkorn and barley—a project that keeps her grounded and connected to nature. When she’s not working, you’ll most likely find her out on a walk with her dog Riley, enjoying a good coffee or planning her next trip.

Petar is a Principal Sales Engineer at Progress with equal sympathy in coding and automation testing. In his spare time he turns into a DIY guy who can successfully setup and use anything from IoT gadgets to paintbrushes and a trowel. When not dreaming of piloting the Millennium Falcon, he is a fan of any engine that is close enough and runs on two or four wheels.
