Feature:Enhancements to the Income Tax Return solution
What it does: The Income Tax Return solution streamlines the entire accounting client engagement process, from onboarding clients to collecting documents to signing IRS Form 8879. The solution’s built-in automation is ready to use out of the box and can save your firm time on routine but required tasks, helping you keep engagements moving forward with unified workflows that minimize client touchpoints.

What it does: The new Client Billing solution enables customers to send payment requests through ShareFile and integrates with Stripe and QuickBooks payments for flexibility in payment processing. You can also create, track, and management invoices within ShareFile and monitor payment status in real time, so you can see at any moment what you've received, which payments are pending, and which have failed to process.

What it does: The ShareFile for Outlook add-in now elevates email security and simplifies file sharing workflows. With the newly introduced encrypted email feature, you can seamlessly protect sensitive email content and attachments with a single click. Additionally, the enhanced attachment workflow lets you convert email attachments into secure ShareFile links effortlessly for greater data security without disrupting your flow.

Feature:ShareFile social sign-in with Google authentication
What it does: We have expanded authentication options in ShareFile, and clients can now use their Google credentials to log into ShareFile

Feature: New project templates for HR onboarding and safety incident management
What it does: The HR Onboarding template helps to streamline employee onboarding and ensure key information is collected and planned for new employees. The Safety Incident Management template streamlines the submission, tracking, and fulfillment of critical health and safety tasks. This template creates a structured workflow of tasks in ShareFile that helps to ensure compliance with corporate, governance and regulatory requirements.

Feature: Data table rich text editor on multiline text fields
What it does: The rich text editor enables users to format the text of their information request forms in the way they need. They can use bold, italics, underline, and strikethrough to highlight important information. Bullet points and numbers lists enable clearer structuring of information. Refer to external resources easily with hyperlinks, and use headings and subheadings to improve the reading experience.

What it does: Users can now modify their custom Project Templates and out-of-the-box Project Templates to fit their specific business processes.
