What it does: This update provides a newly improved modern authentication experience and gives users flexible options for identity providers (IdP) and single sign-on (SSO).

What it does: This feature leverages advanced machine learning models to detect usage pattern-based anomalies that indicate potential security risks. Once a threat is identified, the system proactively takes predetermined actions to mitigate the risk, protecting our platform and its users.

Feature: Conditional logic in information requests
What it does: With this feature enhancement for our existing information request in projects, users can create dynamic forms that show / hide sections based on conditions in the information request.
Benefits: Clients only see relevant fields when completing information requests, simplifying their experience. This gives clients a more personalized experience and helps save time by avoiding lengthy forms with questions that are irrelevant to your client.
Feature: File attachments in data tables
What it does: ShareFile data tables now support file attachment functionality. This allows users to upload files directly within data table records to enhance project management and workflow capabilities.
Benefits: ShareFile data tables combined with file attachments enable rich metadata and workflow capabilities such as status, due dates, ownership, approvals, invoice numbers, and more. Centralizing files within project records increases transparency, enabling all stakeholders to see the attached documents and understand their context within ShareFile projects.
Feature: Activity reports for projects and solutions
What it does: Project and solution owners can now run reports on all activities that have happened in a project or solution over the last 90 days to support auditing compliance needs.
Benefits: This feature helps organizations with strict compliance and data security needs by providing users access to activity logs that track content creation, deletion, viewing, sharing, downloading, and permission changes within the project or solution.
