Feature:AI-Powered Document Summarization (beta)

What it does:

Transform lengthy documents into concise, actionable insights with a single click by summarizing key findings. Annotations highlight exactly where each insight comes from, making it easy to locate and explore details for deeper analysis—all in minutes instead of hours.

Feature: Search Improvements for Project Resources

What it does:

Users can now use the search bar in ShareFile to search for the following project resources: project names, document requests lists, and information requests. In addition to searching by text, users can filter by content type to make searching for a specific more item easier.

  • Increased Productivity: Quickly locate project names, document requests, and info requests with the integrated search and precise filters.
  • Enhanced Accuracy: Filter by content type to find the right information faster, reducing frustration and improving workflow efficiency.

Feature:Export Information Request Data

What it does:

Export multiple responses received from your clients in CSV format just by clicking on “export responses” in the Information Request Tab. Share, collaborate and analyze the exported response data to build actionable insights to serve your client’s specific needs.

Feature:Auto Save and File Upload Capabilities in Information Requests

What it does:

Expedite your information collection process by including file upload capabilities in your own customized information request forms!

Don’t worry about the tedious form filling process for your client - the auto save capability in Information request saves the responses to the form fields in real time so the clients can fill fields in their own time, and they can come back later to complete the entire form when they are ready.

Benefits:

  • Faster Data Collection: Drag and drop an upload file input and create customized information request form which enables client to submit documents directly securely.
  • Intuitive Forms: Enhanced client experience where responses to the fields and forms are automatically saved and there is no loss of data.

Feature: Enhanced File Organization in Projects and Solutions

Projects and solutions now feature a structured folder system with nested folders and breadcrumb navigation. You can now effortlessly organize, navigate, and manage files and folders, which is especially useful when handling long-term or multi-client engagements.
