• Automation and personalization are differentiators and ruled the day at FinovateFall 2024. Financial services organizations that do both well (and can make it simple for clients) will lead the way and leave competitors behind.
• Social media, including TikTok, has traditionally not been a great way to reach customers. That has changed because it enables organizations to interact with customers in real time and with greater agility.
• Customers want data, advice, and expertise that is proactive and designed to meet their specific needs, driven by AI (think personalized AI bots) and protected with world-class security.
