What it does: Users can now request additional information—such as contact details, phone numbers, or currency preferences—from clients and stakeholders through information request forms.

Benefits:

  • Capture client information: Use customizable forms to collect and organize essential client details, including phone numbers and contact information, in one place.

Feature:Client Hub (Beta)

What it does: The client hub provides a centralized view of client information, files, folders and projects— streamlining client management and simplifying day-to-day work. Whether managing a single client or an entire organization, firms gain quick access to the details they need to move work forward. The client hub is currently available in an opt-in beta period for Premium plans and above. Enable this feature on your account.

  • Stay organized with linked client work: Keep forms, files and agreements neatly connected for smoother workflows.
  • Streamline recurring services: Easily reference past client work to simplify repeat services.

Feature:Comment capability in data tables

What it does: Users can comment on each record in a data table—such as internal tasks or client deliverables within a project workspace—and collaborate in real time to address project-specific concerns, share updates and report on daily tasks.

Benefits:

  • Real time collaboration: Converse with your team members and clients on a real time basis by sharing files, hyperlinks or commenting on a record level in tables.
  • Centralize communication: Collaborate amongst your team members and clients to discuss project timelines, status on project deliverables and any blockers without having the need to set up any meetings!

Feature:Storage zone support for projects

What it does: Users can now choose from their different storage zones when creating projects in ShareFile, giving greater flexibility and control over where data is stored.
