Managing and Protecting Your Data: The Challenges of Finding a Virtual Data Room

In today’s virtual world, complex business deals don’t happen in boardrooms. They live in virtual data rooms that facilitate instant and easy information sharing with parties around the world. A great virtual data room should seamlessly balance security and organization with ease of use and convenience.

Citrix ShareFile VDR, in conjunction with the Association for Corporate Growth, recently hosted a webinar highlighting the features to look for in a virtual data room and the best ways to easily manage data in a large business deal. Charles Towle, director of US Capital Partners, joined the discussion to give a firsthand account of how his investment bank manages dozens of business deals at once using ShareFile VDR.
