For me, the three month program was a life and career-changing experience. -Ian Firsth, Senior Architect, Citrix
At Citrix ShareFile, we continuously strive to recruit, hire, and cultivate greatness in our people. Our mission is to “power a world where people, organizations, and things are securely connected and accessible.” Achieving that mission takes unique thinking and innovation, so it’s no surprise to announce that we are a co-sponsor of the 2016 Innovators Program.
The Innovators Program is a partnership between HQ Raleigh (founded by ShareFile founder Jesse Lipson) and Nick O’Connor, the designer and operator of previous Innovators Programs run by the Citrix Startup Accelerator.
During this twelve-week program, budding entrepreneurs get $10,000 in equity-free funding to test and validate their ideas in the market with real customers. The 10 selected startups will also work directly with a robust network of mentors, all of whom have graduated from past Innovators Program accelerators. At the end of the twelve weeks, up to an additional $50,000 will be allocated to the most successful teams, as well as three more months of growth mentoring. Jesse Lipson sits on the selection committee that will help determine contestant success, growth, and investment potential before allocating these additional resources.
Early-stage technology startups can apply to the Innovators Program until THIS Friday, 8/26 at 6pm. The five selected external teams will join 3 Citrix and 2 Red Hat teams in the Innovators Program. Applicants should be in the early stage of startup, ready to change the world with their business.
Citrix is proud to sponsor the 2016 Innovators Program. Ready to build something great? Apply to the program here. We can’t wait to see what you do.
