ShareFile Sales Executives
What is ShareFile?
ShareFile is a small, rapidly growing company with big plans.
We don’t just want to make money. We don’t just want
to avoid doing evil.
We want to do GOOD in the world.
How?
Through a mission so direct that we can sum it up in only a few words:
To raise the bar for service in the technology sector.
That might sound strange during one of the greatest economic downturns in history, when most companies are cutting their customer support budgets.
We’re doing exactly the opposite of what everyone else is doing—demonstrating to our customers that they come first. We want their experience working with our products to be better than any other experience they have had with a technology company.
Since being founded in 2005 with just two employees, ShareFile has grown to employ over fifty young professionals serving over 2,000,000 users worldwide.
The ShareFile success story is essentially one of a “return to basic values.” In fact, we take values so seriously that we have developed our three Core Values which we pledge to stick to even if it is not in our own “self interest.”
In October 2011, ShareFile was acquired by Citrix Systems.
Our ShareFile Core Values are:
We are “Customer Centric.”
This means that whenever we evaluate a decision, we ask ourselves, “Is this in the best interest of our customers?” If it’s not, we don’t do it. Our CEO reads every customer support ticket that is sent into our company, so that he knows exactly what our customers need and want on a day-to-day basis.
We are “Data Driven.”
Every aspect of our company- from our software development, to our sales and marketing, to our
customer support- is driven by metrics we have established to always know how we’re doing.
We let the data and the values make decisions rather than our egos.
We are committed to “Responsible Growth.”
We enjoy our work at ShareFile, and we work hard. But we also believe that everyone on our team should maintain a life outside of work, and we never want to grow so quickly that we cannot stay true to our values. We are privately held and regularly turn down companies who want to invest in ShareFile. That may change some day, but we will not let it change who we are or how we want to build a company—quickly but responsibly, and dedicated to the well-being of both our customers and our own people.
