ShareFile University Course Offerings!
ShareFile has created a training program for Sales Executives based on the company mission of raising the bar for customer service in the technology sector. ShareFile Sales University (SFSU) consists of a series of lessons and milestones guiding new employees from the very basics of ShareFile to in-depth case scenarios through critical thinking assignments and take-home work. With the goal of increasing employees’ knowledge on all product features and applications, attendees learn in a short time how to intelligently engage with customers to address their needs.

Since ShareFile Sales University has proved to be successful in raising the bar for our customers, we have decided to expand our courses to offer the ShareFile University Data-Driven Course. Taught by ShareFile’s Director of Analytics, the course will allow employees to learn how to use a data-driven approach to innovate their current position at ShareFile. This course coincides with one of our core values of being “Data Driven.” Every aspect of our company, from software development, to sales and marketing, to customer support, is driven by metrics.
