Get your support answers faster with the new ShareFile Community

At ShareFile, we are dedicated to putting customers first, which is why our support team is available 24/7 to answer questions about your account. But we realize that not all questions require — and not all customers have time for — a call or email to our support team.

Enter the new ShareFile Community, an online support forum, where you can ask questions and search other users’ questions for answers from peers and members of our support team. We’ll post product updates and announcements regularly, and you even have a space to report issues and problems or give constructive feedback on features.

Along with our extensive and searchable KnowledgeBase, the ShareFile Community can help you get to know ShareFile, troubleshoot issues you encounter, and learn tips and tricks for getting the most from your ShareFile account.

Ask a question and find an answer

The ShareFile Community lets you search to see if others have already asked the question you have. If not, you can start a conversation with other users and members of our support team who can reply with help. While you’re there, you may also notice that someone else has a question to which you know the answer. That’s the beauty of the ShareFile Community — you can help other users with the questions you’ve already faced even as you’re getting help yourself!

Give feedback or report a problem

Have you ever had an idea for a feature you’d love to see in ShareFile, but didn’t know who to tell? Or maybe you just want to let us know you enjoy using ShareFile? The ShareFile Community can help you there, too, by allowing you to post your ideas and praise for the product. With your ideas and feedback, we can continuously strive to make sure ShareFile works in exactly the way you need it to.

On the other hand, if you have a problem with your ShareFile account and it isn’t working the way you need it to, you can use the ShareFile Community to not only let us know but also to let other users know. This way, if other people are experiencing the same problem, they can see the answers online or at least see that an answer is on the way.
