That’s why we’re excited to announce that we now offer 24/7 phone and email customer support.  Got a question about mobile apps at 3am on a Sunday? There’s a ShareFile support person for that. Need help adding employees at 10pm on Thursday? There’s a ShareFile support person for that.

    I need to be able to receive scanned purchase invoices easily and quickly from client so I can process them ion Xero. Is is possbible to set up a client folder and ask them to drag and drop them into the folder instead of uploading them

    I’m trying to call sharefile support, but no one is answering my call… I’m on the Pacific time and it’s 3:15PM and no one is answering my call nor is only chat available. Sharefile needs to step up their support.

        just before I looked at the receipt ov $8130 , I
        didn’t believe that my sister woz like actualy bringing in money part-time from
        there pretty old laptop. . there aunts neighbour has been doing this 4 only
        about 22 months and at present repayed the mortgage on their appartment and
        bought themselves a Chrysler . see here C­a­s­h­f­i­g­.­C­O­M­

    Lacerte tax is discontinuing DMS. Are there plans in place for Sharefile to intergrate with Lacerte?
