I recently had the opportunity to speak with Harrison Sauls, ShareFile customer and Network Engineer at Susman Godfrey. Harrison gave me insight into how the firm uses ShareFile in its day-to-day operations.

Susman Godfrey has focused its nationally recognized practice on high-stakes commercial litigation and is one of the nation’s leading litigation boutique law firms. Prior to ShareFile, the firm had no in-house means of securely administrating large files with its clients. With over 300 employees, the firm was challenged with an easy way to transfer necessary documents in a secure and professional manner.

Currently, attorneys at the firm use ShareFile on nearly a daily basis to transfer documents, exhibits and media with both clients and co-council. According to Harrison, “Not only does ShareFile provide a secure means for large file exchange, it also has an intuitive interface that allows our users to create and distribute shares with little to no support from our IT department.”

The service has become an integral part of the Susman Godfrey’s technology infrastructure. Users can quickly and easily share files that otherwise would be difficult or impossible to share.
