Congratulations to Leann Hedquist of Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik, P.L.L.C., winner of our ‘What did you share in 2013?’ contest! We had many amazing entries, but we especially loved learning how Leann’s firm uses Citrix ShareFile to coordinate work and information among offices spread across three states and to keep sensitive client files secure.

Read how ShareFile makes a difference in Leann’s own words:

Our firm represents over 20,000 clients. By using ShareFile we are able to do over 400 hearings a month between our 30 attorneys. We are traveling between hundreds of different hearing offices all across the upper Midwest, and we don’t always have access to the office. We have staff in Minnesota that can update client information minutes before a hearing in Michigan. The paralegal can receive last minute medical evidence, submit it to the Administrative Law Judge and still have time to get it to the hearing attorney before the start of the hearing 300 miles away.

ShareFile has helped me do my first hearing as an attorney. I successfully utilized updated client information and had complete access to the client’s file. I didn’t have to worry that I risked the security of the client’s medical information by accessing it in a public setting because of all the security measures ShareFile offers.

Without ShareFile our clients’ information would be less secure and would likely be outdated. We are proud users of ShareFile.”

Thanks for the great story, Leann! As a prize, Leann will receive a ShareFile prize pack full of fun and useful items.
